Started as a company manufacturing headbands for active outdoorsmen, Nite Ize was opened by Nick Case in the year 1989. Following an order for 42,000 of their headbands, Nite Ize was able to expand their line of products into other useful gadgets and move into a larger facility in Boulder, Colorado. Being in a larger factory allowed Nite Ize to boost their production and product line while continuing to operate under their original mission: "to create innovative, solution-based products with quality, performance, and value at the core," and now Nite Ize offers over five hundred products that range from dog lights and toys all the way down to some of the most tech keychains out there.
